Robco Floor Covering, Inc.
Privacy Policy
We are a small flooring company in Valencia, Pennsylvania. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to ask us to remove it. The short version: we only collect what you send us to ask for an estimate, we use it to get back to you, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Who we are
Robco Floor Covering, Inc.
1068 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia, PA 16059

What we collect
Only what you choose to give us:
- The estimate form: your name, phone number, email address if you include one, the type of flooring you are interested in, and whatever you write about the job.
- Calls, texts and emails: whatever you share with us when you get in touch directly.
Browsing the site on its own does not collect anything about you. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule a visit, measure, and give you a quote. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details and job records the way any contractor does, for scheduling, warranty questions and our own business records. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing.
Who else sees it
- Our form service. When you submit the estimate form, it is delivered to our email by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree processes the submission in order to send it to us and is bound by its own privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive, like any business inbox.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, so Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads, the same as any web request. Google's handling of that is covered by its privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We would only disclose it beyond the above if the law required us to.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and, if you become a customer, for our normal business records. If you never hire us, ask and we will delete what we have.
To see, correct or delete what we have about you, call 724-898-2145 or email Robcoflooring@consolidated.net. We will take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
